Shipping Policy

  • We are not held responsible if any package that is missing when delivered.
  • In-stock orders will ship out within 24 hours.
  • SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ON ANY ACCEPTED RETURN.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in-stock and must be ordered from the manufacturers here in the states, it can take 2-7 business days to arrive to our location and will be promptly shipped to you.
  • If a part is not in-stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer in Germany, it can take 1-2 months to arrive to our location and will be promptly shipped to you.
  • ORDERS OVER A SUBTOTAL OF $100.00 U.S.D. REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AND CAN NOT BE WAIVED.
  • Please double check your order within the 24 hours of receiving it for eligible damage claims. After 24 hours it will not qualify for a damage claim.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments normally take 2-7 business days. (Shipping from California)
  • Your order may be shipped express or overnight at an additional cost.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversized orders, nor are we held responsible for delayed packages.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back-order or discontinued, we will let you know the time-frame before processing the order.
  • We do not ship to COD, P.O. BOX or APO addresses.
