  The climate cover was specially developed to protect the windscreen, front windows and side mirrors. 

  It provides protection against dirt, scratches and especially ice and snow. 

  The cover also protects against overheating and maintains a pleasant temperature in the car on particularly hot days, meaning less energy is needed to cool the passenger cell.

  Trap the theft protection (1) on climate cover A in the passenger door before covering the vehicle (Figure 3).
  

  BMW recommends only covering dry vehicles. Coarse dirt, snow and ice must be removed before use. In cold weather, the climate cover can freeze onto the car. To release a frozen climate cover, pour hand-hot water (max. 30 °C) over the frozen points.
  

  Now carefully remove the climate cover from the car. In very strong winds (storm, hurricane), the climate cover can become (partially) detached from the car.
  

  For safety reasons, you should remove it from the car in such situations. Should you have any questions during installation or operation, please call the BMW service team from whom you purchased this product. They will be happy to help you.
